How do I place an order?

How do I pay for my order?

We accept payments via BACS, cash on delivery, or credit/debit card.
Payment is only taken once your delivery address has been confirmed. Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you with full payment details.

Can you deliver to my address?

We deliver to all areas listed on our Delivery Areas Page.
Please note: We do not deliver or supply fireworks to addresses in Scotland.

Who can purchase fireworks?

You must be 18 years or older to purchase fireworks — it’s illegal to sell fireworks to anyone under 18.
At Giles Fireworks, we operate a Challenge 21 policy, meaning anyone who appears under 21 will be asked to provide valid photo ID upon delivery.
If ID cannot be provided, we will not complete the sale.

Where and when can I set fireworks off?

You can set off fireworks:

• On your own property, or

• On someone else’s property with their permission.

It is illegal to set off fireworks in public places or on roads/highways.

Fireworks may be used any day of the year between 7:00am and 11:00pm, except during these special occasions:

• Bonfire Night: until midnight

• New Year’s Eve: until 1am

• Diwali: until 1am

• Chinese New Year: until 1am
